About Me

My name is Jamin Menter. I've worked as a software engineer for over 17 years, and I'm passionate about the craft of writing code. I've been a co-founder, manager, engineer, IT admin, tech support, and everything in-between. I currently reside in the San Diego area — the greatest city in the United States if you ask me.

I started out my career building banking and ERP software. In 2009, I co-founded Shipware. I helped grow the business to 10 employees and ~$7M in revenue before deciding to part ways and get back in the industry as an individual contributor.
